EVANSVILLE, Ind. --
Rogers State’s Baylor Harvey and Dallas Baptist University’s Andrew Curry picked up All-America honors as both led their respective teams at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.
 
DBU finished 18th in the field of 32 teams, while the Rogers State Hillcats finished 26th. Both programs were competing in their first national championship meet.
 
Harvey became an all-American for the second consecutive year after finishing in 16th in the 10-kilometer race with a time of 31:27.0. The senior finishes one of the best careers in Heartland history after claiming his third Runner of the Year honor at the Heartland Cross Country Championships in October.
 
Curry became DBU’s first all-American after finishing the race in 31:52.6 to come in 39th place. Teammates Steston Rayas and Trent Phelps both finished in the Top 100 to help the Patriots to an 18th-place finish.
